Plates #21: Fancypants Plates

A crack team of Foodhall's very own kitchen all-stars rise to the challenge of making Foodhall seem fancy. Without silver-service, white-tie, or a working oven, they'll be treating you to a seasonal menu of the fanciest food in town. Fancypants Plates.

All vegan. Suggested donation £5-£10 to help fix our oven. No-one turned away for lack of funds. Menu as follows:

❧ Spiced root vegetable (parsnip) consommé (soup)
❧ Pan fried rib eye (celeriac) steak
❧ Stewed winter berries with a golden oated crumb (fruit crumble)
